Tobacco and Vape Seizure

ejiwenOn Jan. 26, 2024, at approximately 1 p.m., Williamsburg Police Investigators executed a search warrant at the Tobacco & Vape store located at 1012 Richmond Road. An employee of the store, Mohamed Lemine Ejiwen, 31 of Metairie, Louisiana, was arrested and charged with one felony count of possession with intent to distribute up to 5 pounds of marijuana.

Investigators seized approximately 2,900 containers or packages of marijuana and marijuana products. The investigation into Tobacco & Vape remains open.

The police are asking anyone with information about the Tobacco & Vape store to please contact Inv. Steve Roberts at 757-220-2331. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Peninsula Crime Stoppers by phone at 888-LOCK-U-UP or click HERE to submit a tip online.  You may be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
