Residents and businesses near Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area should expect loud noises and flashes of light due to a privately contracted fireworks display that is planned for Saturday, Oct. 28, at approximately 9 p.m.
The 4-minute fireworks display is part of a private event being held in the Historic Area.
