If you are looking to spend a day outdoors, pack a picnic, hit the road and get your paddle on at Waller Mill Park in Williamsburg, VA.
Waller Mill Park is a 2,705-acre park that was opened to the public in July 1972. The park has a 360-acre reservoir that is open for fishing, boating, pedal boating, canoeing and kayaking which are all available for rent. If you own a personal watercraft, the water is easily accessible via our boat ramp. Additionally, if you prefer to go when the sun is high, there are tons of little alcoves to explore, which can offer shade and relief on a hot sunny day.
There are numerous picnic tables and grills, picnic shelters, play fields, and playground equipment nestled among the trees that provide a scenic picnic area. Our four wooded hiking trails provide 6 ¼ miles of picturesque water and wooded views. Disc Golf can also be played on our championship level 18-hole disc golf course by beginners and experts alike.
