at the Municipal Building, 401 Lafayette St., once the form is received.
The City of Williamsburg is launching a six-month pilot program that provides free broadband service to any City resident who wants to participate.
- The equipment and service are free to any City resident who wants to participate.
- City staff will not enter your home. Residents will pick up a preconfigured router. Once the router is plugged into power, Wifi-enabled devices can connect. City staff will provide instructions at the router pickup.
- Participants can use up to 25 GB per month. (Note: Use of streaming services while connected to this router is not recommended.)
- Six months of free service begins on the day of router pickup for each participant.
